Arizona trip full write-up, 2 Saab corrections/Opti-Coat, C6, Fiesta, GTI, Boss 302

2011 Saab 9.5, sat on a dealer's lot for about a year or so. Plastic was on the horizontal surfaces, nothing on the sides. Not sure what they ran it through to clean it, but whatever it was trashed the sides bad. Horizontal surfaces also had swirls but not as bad. However, there was a lot of adhesive still stuck to the paint.

Meguiars #105 using a 5" Meguiars microfiber cutting pad and PC 7424 XP (most areas took 2-3 times with #105)-5-6 hours total just compounding

2010 Saab 9.3x. This one was in better shape but still needed compounding to remove the light to moderate spider swirls.

Meguiars #105 mixed 50/50 with Optimum Hyper Polish using a 5" Meguiars microfiber cutting disc and my PC (#105 straight kept gumming up, adding OHP cured that issue)

2006 Chevy Corvette. We've done this car a couple times for the previous owner, he sold it to another Arizona customer and I guess to sweeten the deal, he paid for this detail.

2011 Volkswagen GTI. Overall in really good shape, borderline needing a 2nd polishing step but given how light the swirls were, it having white paint and the owner out of town (he left the car for us), we went with 1 step this time.

2012 Ford Fiesta. Detailed it the last time we were out in February when the car was brand new. The owner has done a nice job keeping it up.

2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302. This car is regularly tracked so perfection would be pointless-in fact, by next spring when we go back out odds are the interior will be gutted and it will be set up for track only.

I've yet to figure out how to get red to show up properly with my new camera, comes out too light. These two shots are more representative of the true color of the car.

If I'm using them, its because I like them...all do a great job.

Nice group of cars... some of the last Saabs... I saw some of those which had been sitting on the lot for over a year as well. Very cool to see details done on these.

Really like the 9.5, interiors are really nice!
