Ardex Gold Supreme

Like many of you, I have too many waxes. If you are shaking your head, you are in denial. Admit the problem and things will start to get better soon. My latest acquisition is a result of an an impulse buy when one of our members who will remain nameless (mrclean81) referred to Ardex Gold supreme as his all time favorite. Now why should that encourage me to search out this little known product? I'll tell you why, I'm weak. It's the same issue that filled up my shopping cart just because ACC is running a sale. Anyway, my new wax came yesterday and I am busting to try it. I will say this, the tub is huge, a full pound. Seriously, I have enough wax to do all the cars in Phx. Well, maybe not that much, but if I buy another LSP within the next few years I will seek professional help.

Anyway, I am curious if anyone else has tried Ardex. I would love to know your experience with it. Tips on usage would be awesome. Thanks.

Light coats. Its such a soft wax that its easy to overload the applicator pad. Even if you do lay too thick of a coat, it still buffs off easily. It can be used as a wowo wax or it can be allowed to dry to a light haze. The gloss is good, the durability is as good as any other sealant, and its really user friendly. I hope you love it as much as I do :)

I use Ardex alot. Like there stuff alot. Good lick with the wax. Going to get some next week. Try there Viper wax if you get a chance. Nice express wax. Just used there flint glaze wax on my buddy's Kenworth. Really came out great. There Hydro gloss I use after I do a wash to give that little xtra. Works nice as a quick detailer as well. Have fun with your new find. Joe

I'm looking forward to it. Thanks.

One thing I found interesting is the list of ingredients lists a product found in jewelery polish. I am curious to see how it works out.
