Applying LSP on previously coated daily- need advice

Last year, I did a number on my fathers daily driven Accord.
-clay, iron decon, paint correction, sonax ceramic coated.

It’s been a long and harsh winter and I want to wash the car properly and apply sonax polymer net shield.

Can I simply wash the car- clay mit the front end of all the bugs and apply the net shield ??

Thanks!

You sure can! As always, the more you decon/prep the surface, the better your results may be, but I think the PNS will do well still with just a wash.

Claying enough to remove bugs may remove the coating or damage coating. If you don’t care and want PNS to do heavy lifting go for it. If your synth clay isn’t fine grade I’d recommend picking one up.

Noting that I don`t know from Coating Care....

What about just using some bug-stuff to clean it up? Wouldn`t the coating still be OK after just a year?
