Applying Aquawax

is this okay this i how i applied aquawax first I used sheepskin mitt with onr wipe and then spray aquawax on drying towel and wipe dry a very very small water residue is left but dissapears in a few seconds. Is it okay to do this.

for the most part, i spray AW onto the surface and lightly spread around with a microfiber towel and then flip (or use another one) and buff off...
