I see here in reading all of the discussions that there is a wide variety of all purpose cleaners that everyone uses. Not really knowing the difference in them all, is there a specific ingredient I should be weary of??? With such a wide variety of uses, I am looking for one that can be used all around without the fear of messing anything up. I am aware that there are different dilution ratios for different tasks.
