Anyone want to split a tin of CG 5050?

:LOLOL I can't believe I am doing this, but the others have me convinced I need to try another short-lived and delicate carnauba wax. I can't justify the expense and will never use such a large amount of specialty wax. So, would anyone like to split a can? For $27, I'll cut the brick of wax in half and priority ship the recipient their piece in a zip lock bag or other suitable container. USA shipping only.

ohh, i wish. i bought a tin, and since im in CA i paid 8.25 tax and 5.80 for shipping. my total cam out to 60+ bucks. i wish you had posted this sooner . . . . oh well.....
 
Im not sure if there is... I havent seen any. Wanna split it 3 ways? Id like to keep my unopened tin intact and dont wanna spend another $60 (Im in CA to, tax and ship) for another tin.

Woo, more people around our area. Tom's a good guy, he came to my work in Norwood and sold me some Wheel Brightener at a good price. Im sure he will split one with you.

SuperBuick, thanks for the message. I've already agreed to split a tin with Gears. I'm sure you can find someone else interested in working a similar deal.



I'm still waiting for the product to show up. CG isn't gonna gain a reputation for speedy delivery.
 
Superbuick... Im willing to split one with ya. Let me know and we'll go for it. I live in CA and I could take delivery then ship to you from here, since youre way over there in Mass.

Im a little miffed now.. mine didnt come with the black 5050 band that yours has.. the same band shown on their site.



I know its trivial.. but I am a collector and didnt plan on opening my tin. I guess Ill have to order another as my "collector" tin and hope it comes with that band on it, then open the one I have.

Sorry to hear that. I'm sure you could sell it to someone a year from now when the original production is gone. ;)
