anyone use air?

I used to use the tooth-pick / cotton swab / whatever could get in there method of cleaning interiors, and still do somewhat, but I was wondering if anyone uses a compressor, and uses an air gun to "blow" the dirt out of the cracks and creavases of the interior? Any pros/cons of using this method?

I have had really good results with it, and I find it cuts down my detailing time by at least an hour.

I've been using my output feature on my shop vac and have found that it works quite well. Haven't had the need to shell out $200 on a compressor to just blow hot air!
