i,m waiting for a shipment of dwg and sov. paste wax. i was wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with both or either product. also if you have any tips to share on application, no. of coats, curing time if any etc, thanks in advance for any input.

Danase Wet Glaze is an absolutely wonderful product. It can be layered and topped any wax or sealant with no bonding issues whatsoever. I usually do 2 layers of DWG and followed with either LSP of your choice... Or... best yet... most folks around here use UPGP along with DWG with fantastic result... and I concur. Souveran is great wax... you would be very happy with DWG and Souveran! I have used that combo myself on a matallic silver paint. Lovely shine and gloss... nice reflection.

... oh... there is no cure time for DWG... it can be layered righ away... I would do 2 coats to ensure full coverage....as for application... little goes a long way... on both DWG and Souvaran....I use foam applicator. I usually do one panal at a time on DWG... and by the time I get around the whole car... usually 15-20 minutes later... should be ample time to re-apply LSP... or another coat.

thanks for the info guys. one question, will either product mute my metallic blu paint?

Absolutely not. Be sure to prep your car properly. After washing, run your hands over the paint to see if you need claying... then give it a good polish... Glaze... then wax/sealant... take your time with it... and enjoy the experience.
