Anyone ordered directly from ProtectAll ?

I wanted to try some QEW and since ProtectAll's web site seemed to have good pricing I decided to give them a try.

Well, it's been a full week, they charged my credit card, created an order number and that's it.

I didn't expect to receive the product right away, but not to ship it for one week, not even an email when it would be shipped - kind of odd for such company :nixweiss
 
I already sent them an email. I'll give them till tomorrow and then call them. Good to hear that you got your shipment promptly.
 
I've ordered from them twice. The first time it took around a week or so and I was wondering the same thing as you are now...my second order came in 3 days. Go figure.. :nixweiss



They shipped via UPS Ground both times. It would be nice if they sent a notice to let you know when the package was actually shipped along with a tracking number.



It is hard to beat the 2 for 1 special they've been running. It comes to $15 with shipping. QEW really works great too!
 
I ordered from them a while ago and received my order within a few days. Of course, I'm located pretty close to them, so that helps. They do ship UPS Ground, so if you live on the east coast, it'll take about 7 business days to get from this side of the country to the other. They don't give out any notification after you place your order either, so you just sort of have to wait.
 
I had the same problem. I e- mailed them inquiring about my order and they responded with a shipment date.



Give your e-mail a day or two and you should hear from them.
 
I ordered two bottles with their 2 for $10 special for my kids in Kentucky. They got it about a week after I ordered it.



If they haven't even shipped it after a week, there may be a problem. I'd call them.
 
I ordered from them last winter when they had their 2-for-1 deal. It took a while for it to arrive but I didn't lose any sleep over it.
 
My order took about 7-10 days to arrive. Waiting for packages to arrive is like watching for a pot of water to boil, it never happens until you walk away and forget it.
 
I ordered on Monday and they shipped on Friday. I called a couple times and talked to a real nice guy and he thres in a bunch of free stuff... I think its a 1 man operation in the warehouse.
 
Same here. Grabbed the special QEW. Should take 1 week or so. I was kinda confused but happy in the end!

To me that is unacceptable. 5 days to ship:down



Most places I order from advertise shipment in 24 hrs. It doesn't always happen, but it doesn't take 5 days either.
 
I just go the gallon size from Camping World.

I assumed that I would get it quicker through

them. But truth is, they took about the same

time as when I order from Protectall. So I will

be ordering from Protectall again.

Ya know what I hear ya General Lee...thats why I called, twice.



He was very apologetic and stressed it seemed :scared



Im thinking the 2 for 1 sale kicked his butt.:xyxthumbs
 
Update:



I received an email with the tracking number and the next day the package arrived - as scheduled. Looks like it was shipped within 2 days. Overall I'm satisfied and I'm quite sure I will order again. It's just a bit suprising/disappointing that I wasn't notified about the product being shipped.

Like someone already mentioned - it does look like it's a 1-man operation.
