Anyone notice this about S100 SEC?

When I got my P21S GEPC in the mail, it was all white and very consistent. The S100 SEC at the harley dealer had seperated into 2 parts, a brownish/yellow part at the bottom and what its supposed to look like (all white) on the top part.



My P21S GEPC has been sitting for at least 2 months and has NOT done the same thing.

My SEC had separated after it had sat in my closet over the winter. I just gave it a good shake and it went right back into its normal consistency.
 
I noticed it as well after it sat around for a while. Just give a good shake and it will be good as new.
 
Same here. I was at the Harley shop yesterday and they said that they do not sell a lot of the SEC so it tends to separate but just shake it up and youare ready to rock. I thought I would try it and compare to vanilla moose.
