Anyone know what this APC actually IS?

The website has almost NO useful information. I clicked on the bottom left where it says how the product is non-toxic and safe, and all that's there is a nurse saying that "it's non-toxic and safe." Otherwise, nothing.

:wall This is like that cog thread--I don't see any link! Is there one? In the cog thread, the link was there at work, but not on my home computer--is anyone else having this problem?? :think:
