Anyone heard of Dry wash n guard?

it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out what happens when one uses this product.....the dirt gets ground into the clearcoat and causes marring and/or swirls. The product contains oils to hide this but eventually after some time the swirls will get so bad that the oils can not hide them any more. There is really no substitute for a good water / carwash wash! If you are real curious, try it out on a beater......

Dri-Wash is a joke... Using that stuff would be like QDing to wash your dirty car. :scared

I believe it's full of silicone oils and abrasives, which would be a temporary fix to any swirls. Obviously, it can't layer so adding more coats results in stripping the previous, and further abrading the surface...

Dri Wash is rather expensive (read, ripoff) but it shouldn't cost any more than $1 per bottle... Save your money for something worthy...

I knew another mobile detailer who was using it. She wasn't getting a whole lot of business, so I hired her to work for me during the fall/Christmas rush I get every year, and after using Protect All Quick and Easy Wash (a no suds, low water method that uses about a gallon of water) and Meguiars products, she stopped using Dri-Wash for her few customers and started using the stuff I use. She said it was much easier and quicker than Dri-Wash.
