Anyone have Problems with AquaWax running when it rains?

I am pretty sure it is the AQ that I bought from Carquest, I think the bottle was old because it had dust on it but I didn't think it would make a huge difference. Anyways, whenever it rains really hard my car gets white blotches all over it and it is pretty hard to get off sometimes. I usually have to take it to the car wash bays and use a power washer to break it up. Anyone have this happen before from AQ?

Didn't use tire dressing the last time and it is all over the hood and top of the car. Not the sides for some reason.
