It appears to be the same extractor that you would get with the HP60, the vacuum, plus the convenience of the 4 solution sprayers and a compressor. A bit pricey, but a nice package. I have found 1 for $1695 plus shipping.

My main objective is to quickly prep cars for resale.

Overkill or good deal?

If you have the means and you can justify the expense than that's a great thing to have. You'll have everything you'll need right at your fingertips for doing interiors. You can also put the rest of your supplies on the top of it so that your entire detail can run from that one cart.
