Anyone have a imac notebook?

Return it for a macbook.

Get the cheapest one unless you need more harddrive space. As far as the ram goes, Apple rips you off with the ram. Just buy 2 1gig sticks at newegg much cheaper that way.

There's no such thing as an iMac notebook. There's the iMacs, and then there are notebooks, such as the Powerbooks (older) and the current Macbooks. If you've worked on Mac OS X and grew to like it, then can't go wrong with a MacBook and dual boot. The best of both worlds in a tough laptop.

They're great laptops IMHO what are you reasons. O, wait you got the highend laptop which is like $3000. Well, what do you need in a laptop? Macbooks are fun laptops to pickups, but I wouldn't get the Pro since it's too expensive imho. If you need it for business, I would suggest you to get this: http://shop.lenovo.com/us/notebooks/thinkpad?cid=US1A08499&s_kwcid=ibm%20thinkpad|707443081

I would either get the T or the X series or even the X tablet depending on what you're looking for a laptop. Only get this if you're looking for a business laptop or you're in need of windows.

i think the it is just too much for what i am going to be using it for. I mean I only really surf the internet thats about it.
