Anyone going to MTE this month?

It's 35 degrees here right now boogie, but I'm sure it will be in the 80's in a few weeks. I was planning on going, don't think so now.

Sadly, 35 would be an improvement.

While Mobile Tech Expo is expecting over 1000 attendees, I am surprised how few on the forums are going.

It can be an expensive venture, to be sure. Possibly closing for at least a few days, air, hotel, etc, all adds up. But, just in my opinion, if I can learn ONE thing to make my business stronger and more profitable, then it will have been a solid investment. We can always learn something.

Me? I'm stoked! See ya there!

Supposed to be mostly dry this month and I'm already nearly fully booked. Got to take care of business first. If I had a trusted employee or two to run the business for a few days, I'd be there. Basically, I either spend several hundred dollars or make several hundred dollars and considering how nasty Dallas weather tends to be in February, if January has good weather, I pretty much work non-stop. February would be a much better time of the year for me to take some time off for something like this.

Todd, Kevin sent me the newsletter and a detailed schedule for each day, I would be glad to let you take a look at it.

I'm trying to get off work on the 18 jan which is a friday. I only could make it in the morning for a few hrs if i can go.

Also remember that there will be thousands in door prizes given away at the educational sessions that the NAPDR put on.

A few of the events are for members only but the majority are not.

I'll be there on Sat. and Sunday and participate in a detail seminar. Hope to meet many new to the show. It's getting better each year for detailers.
