It does daily updates for new found viruses. From what I have read, if you are using Internet Explorer, that could be a reason too, since IE is not as secure of a web browser as FF.
Apollo_Auto said:Yeah, but sometimes even the best antivirus programs can't be updated quickly enough to stop them. There's millions of viruses on the net and they are constantly being mutated. A lot of the "hijackers" can't be picked up by virus programs, as they're really considered as viruses. The can be something like an Active X or even something that's been altered in your registry such as a mouse gesture. I haven't used IE for years... Firefox all the way!
