Anyone else use detailing products around the house?

We bought two Barcelona chairs at an Estate Sale today. No, not original Mies van der Rohe made by Knoll, I wish! That would be worth thousands! These are knock offs but from the 50-60's so still very nice.

I first cleaned the chrome with Poorboy World's APC 10:1. Then used PS21 metal soap polish. Followed by Collinite Metal Wax.

The leather was cleaned with Lexol cleaner and then treated with Four Star Leather Conditioner.

Before. See pitting:

I was not able to eliminate the pitting and scratches but I did improve the look and added protection to prevent more damage.

Now I have to do the same to the matching chair! One down, one to go!

ONR is great for cleaning exterior windows with a squeege and they seem to stay cleaner longer--perhaps there are some polymers that are left behind.

Sure. Poorboy's Spray & Wipe is used all over our house. Prescription glasses, laptop screens, LCD TV's, Plasma TV's, kitchen counters............the list is almost endless.

Oh yea. Apc for the carpets. I use the Rain X glass cleaner with the repellent on the outside windows. Haven't got around to using polish in the shower yet, but it is coming.
