I have a client who recently move there who needs to have his car done. When he was here he was a weekly wash customer and a full detail every 4-6 months.
 
I was just there on vacation. I talked to a guy that has a customizing business up in Cherry Grove, called Low Rider Speedshop or something like that. Any way, the guy knew his stuff on custom cars, maybe your friend should contact him, if he doesn't detail too, I'm pretty sure he could recommend someone.
