Anybody detailed a newer B7 Audi A4?

Hello!

I'm thinking about trading my BMW in on a new Audi A4. I just wanted to get some information about the paint quality from some of you guys that have detailed them.



I just want to make sure their paint doesn't have any issues similar to the E90/E92 BMW 3-Series Jet Black. They offer Solid Paint finish, Metallic, and Pearl finishes - are any of these abnormally soft?

No. Hard, often times difficult to remove heavy paint issues. OP is usually minimal and IIRC, they even clear coat their trunk jams.

The exact opposite of what you are used to. Real PITA to correct if you have anything other than very light defects.

Good, I guess. I'd rather it be too hard than too soft!



Are their non-metallic and pearl paints super hard too?
