Any use for the white pad that comes with pc7424?

i got my PC for my birthday and as well as the white, screw on pad that it comes with, i also was given a replacement one as well. Is there ANY use for these pads?
 
These pads are good for polishing. I prefer the hook and loop pads because of the ease of changing pads. Nevertheless, I use them for paint and glass.
 
got a table w/ 1 leg shorter than the other 3?

seriously, they make good pads for use with MF bonnets, but its a PITA to change it out when you have the hook and loop backing plate on already.......

now, back to that table.....
 
I used mine the first time then proceded to dry it the "correct" way by spinning it in the PC at warp speed. It basically exploded, literally. Brand new and I had to trow it in the trash. Good thing I had bougt the pad kit for it too. Those dont explode when on spin cycle
