Any one order a Makita from Amazon lately?

Hi all!



I've put an order on amazon for a makita 9227CX3 for $169.

If you search now it'd say it's in stock.

It's been 2+ days and the status has changed (not shipped)

I'm just wondering if this would turn into one of those orders that don't arrive and get canceled then item goes on back order?

Is amazon good for their word?



I'm not very patient because I really want my Makita :(
 
So I logged into their customer service to find their number..

To find that they have an updated shipping schedule in there.



I guess mo waiting fo me :dance
 
If you use the free super saver shipping on any item with Amazon, it always takes them a few days to ship it out.
 
yea i just ordered the same one too, yea i guess its going to take a while since i used the free shipping... hey for me anything that ships to hawaii for free is worth the wait :D
 
Which model 9227 specifically, includes the straight handle as well as the bale handle? What are the differences between these models that all have 9227 in common?

Come with both handles, bag, some wool pads.



I think Amazon is out of stock, they chagned from "In stock" to "Ship withing 2 to 4 weeks"
