Any of you order QEW from Protectall?

I'm sure there must be many of you that have ordered directly from the company Web-site. I ordered mine on the 7th and am still waiting for it. How long did it take you to get yours?



I'm being impatient because I've never QEW'd before, and I am eager to hop on it!
 
They don't seem to really seem to be geared for direct sales like many of the stores we buy from here, they seem to do it as more of a courtesy. I find it kind of funny that we are all inured now, whether it be on a business or personal basis, to having companies ship the same day, and forget the way it used to be in the "old days".

Plus, if you ordered on the 7th you are in Ohio and they are in Cali. You have a t least a 5 day period for UPS. I am sure if you call them and asked if it shipped they could help you.
 
I ordered the 2 for 1 special last year and it did take them a while to ship. I totally agree with setec's post. They are not geared for quick internet turnaround.
 
IMO, Setec has it right. I ordered the "two-fer" early in December. It took two weeks to get to PA.



I wasn't upset--I just realized that they aren't geared to send out product like many of the places we order from are.
 
Thanks for the replies. Admittedly I wouldn't "expect" it for about 7 days from the order date. I was just curious. I'm really looking forward to washing my truck and the g/f's car using QEW.
 
I ordered the QEW twofer pack through Amazon.com. You're still ordering direct from Protect All but Amazon handles the transaction (supremely easy for those of us who make a habit of buying from Amazon).



I placed the order a few days before Christmas and got it in one day.



(It wasn't until I got the order that I actually looked at Protect All's address. They're just down the street. Doh!)
