any new reviews on VCW?

I just finished detailing my motorycle and black durango and used VCW as the topper. I think I have a new favorite wax in my collection :phone:. the look is very wet and reflective.

And I was accused for creating the Victoria wax hype... :P

I'm glad you like it. I seriously haven't even consider going back to TS or PS after using the VCW. It's by far the best wax for the price. First time I find wax can give both wet and reflective look(depend on what angle you look at the car).

It's quite pricey I must say, hmmm. Hope to see some more pics of vcw
If you are comparing $/size to PS, it is not.
Victoria wax 6 oz. is about $38. $6.3 per oz.
Pinnacle Souverän Wax 8 oz. is about $60. $7.5 per oz.
Trade Secret 8 oz. is about $33. $4.125 per oz.
And we don't even have to go compare with the overprice zymol lines now.
Trade Secret is probably the cheapest among the three, but the look is no where close to VCW. Plus I thought TS is more like Pinnacle Paste Glaz, which is also about $33 for 8 oz. jar.

i hate to say it, but i seem to like TS better than VCW, theres just something about it that makes me feel more comfortable etc etc. also, i do think that they have different looks to them, so whats right for me, maybe not be right for you. you just gotta do some experimenting for yourself :)

Like I said before DAVID W has a real good product.AS for the price it's $38.75 with shipping included. So take away another $6.00 because that price includes shipping. It makes it the same price as TS around $32.00 WELL WORTH IT

Zesty Man, let me know if you would be interested to trade your VCW with my Trade Secret+PS. PM me. I have a 75% full jar of TS+PS that I would love to trade for some VCW.

Anyone want to comment on a comparison between VCW and Collinite? It seems well documented as to the durability of C, but how does the shine compare? Especially on a black car?

COLLINITE was never known to have a deep wet shine,it has been known to have unbelieveable durability and beeding like #16.VCW is know to have a wet look like SOUVERN or TS but I am still working on the durability factor. With the winter coming in some areas Collinite is the product of choice by me.When the spring comes VCW make the cars I put it on turn heads and ask questions

Thanks for the feedback, Alan. That's just what I am looking for. I'm just learning so bear with me if I ask a stupid question. What I think I'm learning is that the "deep", "wet" look is supposed to come from the preperation and that the wax is just supposed to preserve and protect it. I did one panel on my pickup that has SG and P21S on it with #16 and couldn't SEE any difference. Maybe that wasn't the proper way to test it. How does the Collinite compare to the #16?

I just ordered Collinite 467S Double Coat for 14.50. Its rumored to have TONS of durability. Even more than #16 Meg's. Hopefully it will become for me the product of choice for ultimate beaters and white paints. #16 looks better I heard, but you can't beat the Double Coat. Its the paste version of 845 Liquid Insulator Wax and I think a variation of their FleetWax.

Im not saying that #16 is a bad product it isnt its a MEGS product that has been a round for 50 years,I like Collinite a real lot.I use #845 its the liquid version of 476.Last winter with all the snow and sand all I do is bring it in the airplane hanger and hose it off with some water. The car s and jeep sparkle.#845 is 14.25 delivered and it beeds on your car for at least 4 months.A real good product well worth the money

I got my Collinite 476S yesterday. When I got home from work I washed and dried my car, a light bronzesmist metallic. I have 3-coats of Klasse Sealer Glaze on it and it looks really good. So why would I want to use a carnuba on it? Well SG purportedly has a durability of 6 to 9 months while Collinite is claiming 1-year. Besides, I like trying new products. Not wanting to jeprodize my SG finish I thought I'd try it on just the front bumper. When I got through with the bumper I was amazed at the glassy look. About as wet and deep as a light bronzemist can get. I wasn't expecting it to look that good. It felt slick and looked so good I decided to do the whole car. I have about 1/3 of it done. Tomorrow I'm going to use it on my daughter's black car. When I get done with hers I will do a full review for you. So far, so good.

:bigups Cool I'm waiting for my 476S tin of wax to get in today. It is going to be my go to product for extreme durability! Rims/Front etc.
