Griots fo rsure. Most web retailers offer forum member discount codes that helps in shipping cost. My take is that I don't have a problem paying shipping if its charged accordingly. Detailer Domain and Detailed Image both offer forum member discount and ships same day. I tend to order from the two since I am from the north east coast, so brown santa usually arrives in a couple days.

Autogeek does offer free shipping at times as well. Sign up for their VIP specials and they will notify you via e mail.

I order some Griot's product thru autoanything.com. They only offer a small cross-section of the product line. This is how I get a gallon of their wheel cleaner to my front door for $30

Amazon has free supersaver shipping on $25 orders for many things. I also have Prime so I get most stuff in a day or two.

Most of the reputable sites are already mentioned - something to look out for is flat-shipping rates. Sometimes, free shipping isn't offered but a lesser discount (although still good in my opinion) might be "$4.99 flat rate for all orders". I see these or comparable offers all the time.
However, do pay close attention to tax...depending on the vendor and your physical shipping address, you may come out higher in the end because of the sales tax.
