I got one similar to that. The one I have leaves me with no water pressure and I don't even use it anymore.

Gonna say the same thing. I have a RO/DI filter for my reef tank; but, one a garden hose, these filters are poor. They (filters) are too fine to allow proper water pressure. The Sediment filters are like from 0.5 micron to like 10 or 20. Even at 20, as they filter, there goes your water pressure.
