I thought that in the past you could combine sale discount and reward points ???
 
Yes, I have always done this in the past. Coupon/ Autopia points + current promo.
I have not ordered anything in a long time but may be they changed the rules.
 
My reward points are now - 741. I ask Liz about this and I was told that mistakes were made in the past calculating points. I`ll never be positive again :)
 
Mistakes were made calculating points in the past? Like when people got double points for being Connect members? Lol

Hi everyone, I just want to clarify the situation with the points balances. There was a technical issue that allowed some people to redeem rewards for more points than they had actually earned. Since those points had not been earned, those redemptions resulted in a negative points balance. That technical issue has been fixed.

Accounts that were affected will continue to accrue points as usual against that balance, which will be positive again once enough points have been accrued to cover the unearned redemptions. I want to assure everyone that this was not a mistake in the calculation of points. The points you have earned are still yours and being counted correctly. This is simply an issue of rewards being redeemed without having earned the necessary points first.
