Another job all by hand...sick Z!!

So my friend has an INSANE 350Z that he wanted me to detail. No before pics because the the paint was in really good shape as the car is almost never driven. It's an '03 and has 500 miles on it to give you an idea of how little it's driven. So I was just going to kick the finish up a few notches with a basic detail and I'm really happy with how it came out.

Process.

Wash with Zaino Z-7

Applied Z-5 Show Car Polish

Usually I would follow up with Z-2 but I just ran out. So after the Z-5 I wiped the car down with Z-6 and then did a coat of P21S. I finished the tires with Black Magic Tire Wet (not my fav but I was out of my good stuff). We cleaned and shined the rims with Wheel Wax and then called it a day.

Oh yeah, I also used the P21S on the inside of the doors, door jams, dash and inner hatch lid as it was all painted. It was VERY sunny and reflection pictures are generally MUCH better at dusk or evening so these pics do the car no justice in my opinion but you'll get the idea.

Only 500 miles!?

WHY!!!!!

Thanks everyone for the nice words, makes all the work worth it! So yeah, only 500 miles. A shop had built the car for the Sema Show a couple years ago. My friends uncle knew the shop I believe and found out they were selling the car so my buddy bought it and uses it for shows and occasional cruising. Also for someone that asked, the wheels are Racing Harts but I forget what kind.

Nice job. That's a Mad Dog creation, one of Fishman Rivera's guys. I take it your down in Miami? I think that was a car done for Ractive if I'm not mistaken.

Again nice job and beautiful Z!!

Thanks. We're in Chicago but I do believe the car came from Florida if I remember correctly.

An insane vehicle yes, but it needs to be driven IMO. :cooleek:

Great work on it by hand, you should be happy as you like. :bow
