Another Black 911...

Took a while to post it up but I did this thing only a few days after that other Sportec Porsche. This one was even more swirled....took a nice chunk of time to get all that out.



Process:

Wash with Foam Gun and Goldclass

Clay'd with Sonus Ultrafine Detailing Clay

Menzerna Intensive Polish/Polishing Pad/Speed 6

Menzerna Intensive Polish/Finishing Pad/Speed 6

Menzerna Final Polish II/Finishing Pad/Speed 4

Wax'd with Pinnacle Souveran

Tires Dressed with Zaino Z-16





No in sun after pics because I finished so late but you can see the gloss in the paint...

After: No swirls...those marks are just polish I've yet to wipe.

Looks like it came out pretty good! (hard to tell with those pics! might have had better luck with some SIP on that clear, might save you some time next time around?



btw, what foam gun and tape? Odd that you taped then washed. If I did that with my blue painters tape it would fail!

Foamgun is the typical Gilmour, tape was GREEN automotive tape..try it!
