I am not sure if this is the right place for this, but earlier today in this forum and I wrote a thread venting my anger over Optimum polish. I want to apologe to any of my fellow Autopians who I may have upset in my anguish. I guess I am overly anxious to get those fabulous results that most of you guys I have been getting and I just need to practice some more. Sorry again!

If you dont have any Optimum Compound on hand go ahead and shoot me your address and I will send some your way so you can give it a try with that. Hell , polishing period can take a long time to at least become competent at...let alone master. Hang in there.

Don't worry about it man, sometimes it takes two or three different products to find the one that works the best for you. From the pics you had posted, your corolla *may* need something more abrasive, but I will be sending a few for you to play around with. Just try them on different spots till you find one that works for you.
It can be frustrating AND expensive to find that one or two products, but just exercise some patience, and the results will eventually come. Good luck,

While the forum can give you advice, it really comes down to testing products yourself and coming to your own conclusions.
Don't worry about the apology, I myself just tried Optimum for the first time but i used the hyper compound eagerly trying to get those finishes worthy of autopians thumbs up unfortunately I'm not there yet but that doesn't that I'm going to give up and you sure as hell shouldn't either, Practice Practice Practice its the only way. It takes a real person to see the error of his ways then try to correct it. I applaud your action. Take advantage of the good members that have offered to supply you with what may work for your situation. Use the products, practice with them , then report your findings.
