Aluminum polish (large quantity)

In need of some aluminum polish in a larger quantity. I have two 30' horse trailers and a large coach bus to do as well.

Right now I am looking at the 4 step Rolite kit from TOL. I believe that one of those kits will do the two horse trailers since they have aluminum only halfway up the sides. I already did a one step on one of the horse trailers but for the next show the owner wants it done again but wants it the best it possibly could be. I told him it would take a kit like this to get what he wants.

I am new to this in this large of quantities so if anyone has other recommendations it would be helpful.

Forgot to add, how many pads do you think I should have on hand?

I was thinking two 100%, two 50/50 and two sheepskin for final polishing.

Flitz 2lb can

Have you used it? How is it? How does it compare to the Rolite?

The owner wants it to look like a mirror when finished. Will the Flitz do that in a one step or would I have to still do multiple steps with different wool pads?

Yes, I ever use it , but never compare to the Rolite.

Fitz is one step product.

or, You can try Optimum Metal Polish 32 oz for large size

I did my Horse trailer ( Sundowner 777) and my aluminum car hauler (trailer world) last year with Metalwax cleaner and wax Metalwax.com - Cleaners Polishes Waxes They were pretty fairly oxidized. It is a 2 step process to clean them wax the Al. It was not a fun job and you gotta were gloves whlie working. They turned out pretty well. I could have spnt more time polishing it to higher shine.... but My wife actually wanted to put the horses in the trailer and goto a show, not admire my work!!

Thanks Danbo. These people want everything they bring to the shows to be top notch. No expense spared for their horses. Their horse barn has 40 stalls to give you an idea how into show horses they are.

They want these cleaned up before every show and then seal them every six months.

Works for me!:D
