Almost ready to detail - few questions

Within the next 2 weekends, I'm going to be giving my 2007 WRX a full treatment. I have the Sonus green clay bar, Prime: Strong, and FK1. I also have a PC with 5.25" LC blue, white, orange, and yellow pads (orange/yellow are not for this car obviously). I have OP and OC as well, although I don't see them being needed here.

My strategy right now is going to be basically:

Wash

Clay

Wash

Prime: Strong

FK1

I have a couple of questions for the experts.

1. I'd like to use the PC for applying the products. I have only very light swirling, so I'm hoping the the Prime: Strong will be all I need. Am I correct in expecting some minor swirl removal with this product?

2. Also, should a white pad be used be used for the Prime: Strong? If so, how vigorously should it be applied? I've recently used the Optimum products on my old Maxima with great results, but have been working it slowly back and forth at speeds of 5-6. I get the feeling that this is not the correct strategy with the Prime.

3. I'm confused as to how long I need to wait in-between coats of the Prime and the FK1. Can I immediately start with the FK1 after I'm finished with the Prime, or do I need to wait? Also, I'll probably apply 2 coats of the FK1 - should I wait in-between those?

Thanks!

Prime would best be applied via pc speed 4 with the white pad. I've heard ps will remove some light marring. It will really clean the surface for the lsp too. Why the FK and not AJ or AJT? What FK product is it?

It's the 1000P paste wax. I chose it based on a recommendation I received on this board. I was looking for a tough wax protection for a car kept outdoors.

How long should Prime be worked over? Does it break down like a polish, or are 2-3 passes with a white pad enough?
