scrubbed clean, wash mitt & simple green



floor, wire brushed, a coat of cement/epoxy sealant...recommended by my brother, who owns an industrial flooring company, hard as nails, looks like concrete, trowelled on, 1 hr to apply, 6 to cure



grey cove molding



painted/patched



recessed lighting 8 x 65W



reel light/shop vac



poster on backing board, Pollock



door for the cupboard, work table



aluminim floor jack/sears cart

new blinds



new 3/4 HP door openers, custom 'hand bent' (lol) aluminum brackets

the old were falling apart, and the brackets were junk

they have 200W lighting each



new GFI receptacles, switches, plates, etc.

to do:

small ac unit thru wall



new door to house, ordered, to be installed this week, with large glass panel



all told, <$2k plus 40 hrs of my time ~20 hrs of the wifes...
 
replaced the door in to the house today...

solid pine, full panel tempered glass, matching lockset/dead bolt...

stained cherry inside (matches kitchen cabinets), painted to match on the garage side...



next up, 15k BTU split unit heat pump...



almost done.... :D
