Alligator Patterns

I received this pic from customer who washed his car three weeks after after being coated with Gtechniq CSL. I have no idea what would cause the paint to have alligator pattern on the hood.

alligator wash mitt, of course....are you talking about the circular lines top right corner?
is that towel lint I see all over the paint too?

that customer must have tried real hard to waterspot CSL..I`ve yet to do it on my test truck

Hard to say, but looks like improper washing and drying to me.
