I always try to park somewhere to give as much room as possible for people. Today at lunch I parked up next to a yellow pole. Not realizing how little room there was with drive thru traffic behind I "thought" I was ok to turn the wheel.

Well I missed the wheel......

At leas all the damage is bolt on and bumper related. The pole caught between the bumper and wheel. Have to get out the M105. I never seem to have this luck with clients cars thank God.

Now that's not the kind of surprise any of us wants to see. Like you said, it's mainly the bumper so everything should unbolt pretty easy. It's why they're called accidents....:wall

I played with it a couple hours. Reshaped metal support, heated plastic. Not the prettiest but at least drivable till parts arrive.

I know. It wouln't be so bad if it happened on a 60 degree decent on the Mohab trails. It would be considered a scar of honor for a Landie.
