I finally had a chance to wash the STi yesterday, and yes it's kinda clean, but there's junk stuck all over the paint (like tar, and all kinds of clag all over the lower panels), bazillions of swirls, and when I dried it with S&G and a MF, the towel stuck to it like glue. :wall

Probably won't be able to fix it til Memorial Day weekend where I'll be able to spend an entire day on it.

Did you guys ever wash a car and afterwards wonder if it even did any good?

No......It just sounds like you were just acting as I do when I do My on car...Lazy:passout:

Now get back out there with some Bug Squatch,Polish/Wax and Get buzy:D

Those are the times I think that I try to fix it quickly. A little bug and tar remover takes car of the tougher stuff while a quick pass with an all in one gets the paint smooth and looking better.
