I've not been here in ages :( as I have a new job, new cars and been involved in a new detailing forum over here in the UK.

The new daily driver - 05 Vauxhall Vectra SRi CDTi. 1900cc turbodiesel averages 49mpg so ideal for my 1000 mile a week routine.

My partner's new daily drive - 03 Renault Clio Dynamique 1200cc 16v. Replaced her trusty little Ford Ka which didn't miss a beat in 40,000 miles and service as the dog wagon

These were taken directly after a day's session spent mastering finishing with my Makita 9227 and Menzerna Pro range. LSP is Collinite 845 topped wth Zymol Detail.

Lastly, my baby - the 205 now has a 1900cc 16 valve engine installed and power is up to 160+bhp (uprated ECU and not yet rolling road tested so no idea of outputs). She now flies and is esaily capable of punching well above her weight....

I am also now a Zymol convert - after years of dismissing it out of hand, I tried it last year and now use little else on my Peugeot. The daily drivers sill get various products as they are my testbeds.

Nice cars, i seen all of them in Europe, except "05 Vauxhall Vectra SRi CDTi"...is it OPEL?

I am dreaming about Honda Accord with diesel engine, great fuel milage and torque....but unfortunately this car is only for europian market.

Hi

In Q4 07 you should get a new Saturn ION which is the Opel/Vauhall Astra.

The Vectra will be sold as the Saturn Aura.

In some countries the Vectra is sold as a Chevy.

I dont know about a D option, i think again in relation to the Honda engine the USA derv. is not as refined as the EU stuff.

The Astra is the other car show in the first and second pics behind the the Vectra.

All very nicely presented Mr C, but wouldn't expect anything else from you sir! I'm glad the Pug conversion went well, 160+ in a car that light = :chuckle:
