Has anyone used a capful of AIO in a bucket of water as a car wash mixture?

Klasse suggests this. Would this be more effective than using traditional sudsy washes?

Thanks,

Max

I have Klasse ,just got it a few months ago. I didn't see this suggestion. Please let us know how it works out.

I have read it a few places. It is on their website, but I can't find a link to their site.

I will give it a shot when I get my shipment.

Thanks,

Max

I've just been think of trying it myself. I kind of doubt it suds, but what a perfect primer for those multi-day multi-layer AIO/SG sessions!

I read it in the instructions provided by ConcoursDirect.com. Like you say, a capful in the bucket is the recommended concentration.

I have not used AIO as a wash agent but I have mixed 2-3 OZ. in a spray bottle with distilled water and it works super as a QD providing that you are going to reapply AIO+SG+S100. I also use the AIO QD in this form for my wheels. When I do the fully detail I use the AIO QD to spritz my pad on the PC. I normally use Quickshine as my QD after my S100 topper but when the topper goes away I'll hit it with the AIO QD till I can get around to the full detail. My .02.

Well yeah they suggest it, they sell it...a bottle would only last 1 year vs much longer than that:P

That seems like it would get really expensive.

Yeah that's pretty much the reason why I'd never try that. Just think about it - you can either use 1oz or so of AIO to simply wash your car, or you can use it to polish your car once (maybe twice).

If you want a real wash made to emulsify dirt and provide lubrication I would use either Sonax or Zaino Z7 instead.
