AIO + SG + Wax or AIO + Wax, no SG

After doing some searching and reading, I’ve learned that there are two schools of thought in the application of AIO and SG. Some say AIO + SG + Carnauba and others say AIO + Carnauba, no SG. :nixweiss



My goal is to create a shine that is not only highly reflective but deep and wet as well on a black car. If anyone here has tried both methods, I’d like to hear your feedback.

I have. I think you end up with the look of whatever is on top. The only people who advocate no SG is because it can be difficult to get right sometimes. I had some hazing problems the first time I used it, but then I retried, using JimWH's instructions to the letter, the second time, and ran into no problems. So for maximum protection, I would go with AIO, 2XSG, and then the topper.
