AIO / Meg's#9 / SG

On my dark blue Maxima, I'm planning on using Klasse AIO, then Meg's #9 SMR before my first layer of SG. The paint is only lightly swirled, so I don't plan to use anything stronger than the #9.

My question is, does anyone have any experience applying SG right after #9? Since #9 is mainly a swirl filler, and AIO is a paint cleaner, I figure AIO would remove the fillers if I used the #9 first. However, I'm concerned that the SG may not bond well to the #9.

Your concerns are correct. Perform any swirl _removal_ (not filling) prior to using the AIO / SG routine. #9 is a good place to start, but some here would recommend washing the car after this step, to remove the oils before using AIO.

Yes, do the #9 first, then AIO, then SG layers last. Claying before this all is highly recommended.
