AIO

#16

First time useing AIO and all I have to say is :xyxthumbs so easy to work with and great results. 100% stupid proof

#16 is the first paste wax I have worked with. Definately different working properties than liquids, but not at all difficult.

I think it was because of the heat, but I had to apply and remove (by hand) in square foot sections for it to come off ok.

I am extremely satisfied with this combo, and if #16 is as durable as seems to be indicated on the forum, it may be perfect.

First pic, in the driveway, just finnished. Not the best lighting under the trees.

skooch the car forward into the sun a bit and... (normally when the pearl/metalic is in direct sun, it floods out most reflections)

My favorite only because the car is composed perfectly. Needs a little more light in front and on side, and mountains with lightning in the backround (all I got is the parks playground and parking lot)

Later that day at my friends house. The picture killed the effect. The willow tree looked waaaaay cool on the hood.

wow! AIO + #16 is a really nice combo on your car! wet with nice reflections. the reflection of the willow tree looks cool. great job. btw, what year civic is this? i love the headlights, kinda reminds me of the Mitsu Evo's headlights. :D

Excellent! I'm not suprised you got such fine results from AIO and #16, both are terrific products and based on your results, work well together. Now I have another combo to try!

The paint looks great! Wet and plenty of flakes showing, but what about the tires :) ?

:p fixed :p

Scrubbed the browning EO stuff off, and tried the only thing I had on hand. KIT rubber/vinyl protectant. Sprayed it on, rubbed it in, let it sit for a while, then wiped off excess. Looks nice, I'll see how it holds up.

I also applied another coat of #16. I tried with a 6" $14 orbital buffer this time. Didn't sweat as much as by hand but some how it took me longer :nixweiss and I had to go over tight spots by hand anyway. I honnestly can't tell if it added anything visually, but it sure as hell does look nice. :xyxthumbs
