I could have kept this personal and behind the scenes, but I think that everyone that enjoys Detail City should know that our admins and moderators work here without any formal pay throughout the year.

This means that they do so because they love DetailCity.com, auto detailing as a profession and as a hobby and they are good people that are willing to help me out without asking for anything in return.

As a small token of my appreciation I am sending all of the Detail City admins and mods $50 Premium Auto Care Electronic Gift Certificates to enjoy this holiday season.

Big thanks to all mods and admins! Big thanks to Fuzz, Dwayne, and Crew who keep the city running "smooothly". Its because of all of your efforts that we have a great place like this to discuss the fine art of detailing. Its safe to say detailing has changed all of our lives, for the better of course!

Dwayne and Mods THANKS for DC UNIVERSITY it's been a lottta fun and a great learning experience. I think i seen somewhere were Fuzz got a gift certificate. That's a lot of SKITTLES, Do you have a good Dental Plan :stick .
 
Hey guys! Happy Holidays to you all! Thanks for the great work you do on Detail City. I don't have tons of time to play online like I used to, so I have limited myself to two boards to hang out on. One is relating to my particular car and the other one is Detail City. Thanks for keeping the place organized and fun. I think out of all the sites I have ever been on this is the one site that has the most respect for the administration. You all do a great job around here. Keep up the good work!
 
Yep we all appreciate the mods and admins, but not just them everyone!!!

Everyone has been very nice to me on this forum since ive been here and a big help!!!

WOW - I've been watching this thread today with a growing sense of dismay & disgust!! :( There are almost six thousand "citizens" in the "City" & less than 20 of you have bothered to reply & say thank you to those that make this place so great??

Hey folks - Detail City would not be the fun & friendly place that we all enjoy without the thankless work of the Admins, Mods & our Sponsors!! I know it's a busy season for all, but take a minute & say "Thank You" to them!!!

Dwayne - thank you for all your work as our "landlord" - I know it's been a rough year for you in many ways, but we're still here!

Fuzz - without you, the City would not have that special "smoooooothness" that attracts us ladies!!

Blinded, CharlesW, GearHead_1, & jaybs95 - thanks for all that you do to keep us "family appropriate"!!

Not to forget our Sponsors who have become so adept at removing our chargecards from our wallets with their sales, freebies & contests - thank you Dwayne, Max, Scott, & Steve!!
