My neighbor and I detailed his nighthawk black TL and I re-did a side of the Tahoe -in the theme of trying another product to feed the addiction.

Process used:

Wash - Poorboys SS&S.

Polish - Menzerna P085RD & AIO. The menzerna was applied via rotary @ 1500 RPM. This is the highest gloss finish polish that I've ever used. AIO & Souvern really toned the look down. Both vehicles were polished last week, so there was no need to go after swirls/scratches.

The AIO was applied via the PC at 4. It's been a while since I've used AIO. Such a good polish, and a killer combo if your applying Souvern wax.

Wax - Pinnacle Souvern. Applied by hand.

P085RD polish is insane. I should have taken a few shots before the AIO & souvern. Sunglasses required!

It really improved the look of my Tahoe. It will eat pad scratches(micro-marring) alive. In my brief experience, it doesn't do much for swirls & scratches. I've been trying various pad/speed combos using the PC, Cyclo and Rotary. The rotary with a polish or finish pad @1500-1800 shines. IMO the PC doesn't do much more than you can get with FPII.
 
Very nice work.. Looks great. It looks like you really paid attention to the minor details.. like the wheels wells.

PO85RD = Menzerna Polish that produces a very high gloss.

We applied BnB using an EO sponge applicator.

The TL exhaust tips were polished with #000 wool and PP.

We used Poorboys Bold-n-Bright on the tires & wells.

The rims were cleaned with Poorboys Pro Polish and sealed a week ago with Poorboys Wheel Sealer x 3.

The wells on the Tahoe were cleaned with Poorboys All purpose cleaner cut 2:1 and rinsed down with a power washer. The wells on the TL have felt inserts. They were cleaned with Poorboys Super Slick n Suds Car Wash. Poorboys Bold n Brigh misted into the wells (Tahoe) drys uniform. Spray on, let it sit for 5-10 min, and wipe the edges. The Tahoe well trim pieces were cleaned with Poorboys Trim Restore.

I feel like I'm running a Poorboys commercial -Really fantastic products!
 
mgm just signed me up tonight. I'm his father in law, 70, and he's got me lookng at wax products on the internet ! ha ha....

We polished my caddy with poorboys polish and carnuba and EX-P sealer tonight and boy does it look nice. Well have fun gents. I'll be on the beach more often than your web site. Take care.
