Acura NSX in Black, hate this car

A good friend and client needed this done for the season. Anyone who has dealt with Honda black on the S2000 or the NSX knows how sensitive that paint is. We found that Griot’s correction cream on a white fast cut pad, followed by perfecting cream on a orange correction pad to remove the haze, and finally perfecting cream on a black finishing pad did the trick. All done with the GG6 to cut down the amount of machine aggressiveness. Finally we used Modesta Primer and coated paint and wheels with BC08.
As I said, I hate these cars!
Thank you for looking!

[INSERT usual praise for Mike lambert`s work here..]

Mike lambert- That was good info, how the Perfecting Creme/black/GG6 works on soft paint. Hope it stays nice, wonder how many corrections it can withstand...

The combination works great on that really finicky paint. The other key is to use the smaller throw machine. The large throw machines in themselves can be to aggressive. Just my opinion after several of these cars. Thanks for the kind words!

I love these cars!! Those snow banks.. Yuck

That process on perfecting the paint sounds laborious and annoying. Your work looks flawless. Nice job.

Mike the car looks fantastic. Nothing like difficult black paint. The Griots creams great. They seam to do well on all paint types. They are about all that I am using at this point.

Great work. Those cars are so sweet.

I remember when they first came out. There was nothing like it on the road. They still look awesome....

Looks great! I haven`t played with this paint before, does a ceramic coating help much with defects? Not very much I`m guessing.
