This was without a doubt the worse swirls I have ever had to remove! THe sad thing is that the car has been "profesionally detailed" twice in the past year  In the end the car came out great and looking like she should.

reconditioning trim with isopropyl alcohol and mothers back to black. The previous "pros" left quite a mess behind on all the trim pieces. The owner was about to order all new trim pieces

awesome detail. i don't see much showiness about it, but it is hot, the brembos are insane

it is a former show car I should say. I think it might have used to have had more done to it. However, it does have at least 20k in aftermarket parts the way it is now.

I would think that you now have a lifetime customer judging by the "beyond excellent" work performed.

How was the trim re-attached without making a mess? On second thought how did you get it to adhere to such a slick suface? What adhesive was used? I've so much to learn....

Wow!!! Truely an excellent transformation, great job. Man, that car is H-O-T! I love the previous generation 5-series cars and its an M5 on top of that, drool! So did you charge accordingly since you spend 7-8 hours on the exterior alone?

I probably undercharged by $30 or $40, but whatever. I am sure I will get a number of referrals through this detail, so I don't mind undercharging him a bit. Even underchargin him, it still wasn't cheap.

I think the trim has fasteners and does not require adhasive.

yeah it just has a bunch of little clips. You just pull from the side and slowly rip it off. I brokr half a clip on one trim piece and kraz glued it back on. If it didnt work i was just going to go to the dealeership and pick up another clip for like a dollar.

I want to go swimming in the hood! :bow

Looks like the previous 'detailer' just put on a coat of wax without any polishing.

You guys, a set of those rims run you almost 3k. And it has lots of other add ons... besides... its an m5!!! Ill say it is show car status and has a show car finish :)

the wheels are a actually mor elike 5-6k with 1200+ in tires. THe brakes are 15" and 14" brembos and probably cost almost 10k! It sounds insane, but there are no cheap parts on that car.
