acid rain

i have acid rain stains on my front bumper, hood, and winshield. can anyone please gimme an idea of how i can remove this stuff? its been about 4 car washes and i think this has eaten into my clear coat and i would like to get rid of it.

Finish Kare has a decontamination kit for acid rain-if it has etched the paint then you have to use a polish to smooth out the etching-if they are deep you might not be able to get them totally out

if i dont feel comfortable using these prodicts or a buffer would a detailer be able to do this type of job for me?
