Accumulator, How do you feel about adding a coat of #5 or #81 Hand polish to freshen up a 7 coat Pin. Souveran finish since a pure polish does not effect the wax under it? I have done this in the past and it turns out great for a short showcar look till the next wash.
Not the way I do it, I just reapply the Souveran. But many others say the pure polish-over-wax thing works fine, so if it works for you then cool, that's what counts.
For this I'd probably just use a spray wax as a booster if for some reason I didn't want to do another layer of wax. I haven't seen how these look over Souveran, but a couple of good options might be AW or FX-100. Much quicker and probably better durability than #5.
