Are these for rotary use only? All I see is them demoed with a rotary.

sometimes I think we should start a product line. even if its just rebranding. seems like every time you turn around there is another new product line out there. the market is very saturated. its a lot like the bodybuilding industry. hundreds of brands of protein and supps, when you really just need a few. you always want to try the new products that come out, but even if you are a simple Meguiars user, even they are constantly changing things. often times changing things that don't need to be changed, and in the process, discontinuing things that should be kept (APC+).
