A real pricing question...

Hey all,

Just got a call today from a potential customer...I asked him what kind of vehicle he had, and he said a Dodge Sprinter 1 Ton. At first thought, I didnt realize what it was until after i got off the phone with him.

Anyway, if you not sure what it is..Click here...http://www.automedia.com/NewCarBuyersGuide/photos/2005/Dodge/Sprinter%203500%20Cargo/Minivan_Van/2005_Dodge_Sprinter3500Cargo_ext_1.jpg

How would I price this?? By foot? By hour? I ask because I have yet to do a vehicle this size...also, I'm meeting with him tomorrow, so i dont know the condition or what exactly he wants done.

Thanks for the help!:dance

give him a straight up price and charge extra for the roof to be detailed as well, i had to do one last summer and it was a real pain, plus being that its a van charge extra for it being hard to detail in the first place, u need money too right?

charge him one upfront price and be done. but would defintly charge extra for getting on that roof lol i do these things all the time my employer specials in them there easy 3 feet at a time

x2 on a regular size car

so you think i shall charge twice as much as what I would for a normal car?? well Its going to be high if he wants it polished out...maybe he just wants it winterized...

meetingin in 2 hours!

I would charge an extra 1-2 hours rate ($50-60 per hr.) on top of your normal detail cost for a vehicle in that type of condition.
