A little help with a commercial van

Here's the situation.

My friend's boss wants me to wash, wax, and remove the vinyl decals from his company van. After searching through the numerous threads on autopia, I'm pretty sure what my process should be on the van.

1. wash: possibly onr or even just a basic wash (45min-1hr)

2. hairdryer and (razor?) blade on the decals, or 3m adhesive remover (1.5-2hr?)

3. clay (45min)

4. possibly poli-seal to even out and protect the paint for a little bit until he gets new decals (1hr?)

Here's a pic from my camera phone, sorry for the quality:

The problem is that I wouldn't call myself a professional detailer, just some one who enjoys doing it on the side. I've done a few jobs for my friends and he has noticed and likes the idea of me working as a contractor for him. He has a set location which I can work at and becuase it's a speed shop, he can always refer customers to me. Basically he is possibly looking in to investing and getting me set up for a cut.

So I'm not sure what I should be charging him for the van. Unfortunately, this is also going to be the biggest vehical yet for me so I don't know how long it will take either. Is $120-150 about right?

Cliff notes: big van, Is my process correct? How much should I charge? How long should it take?

Side note: About how long are pads supposed to last? My orange pads are looking almost fuzzy and a bit softer than what the new ones look like. Maybe my brush is a little too stiff. I'll take more pics later to show what I'm talking about.
